Do you have a physical store and online shopping?
In order to keep more desirable collection on-hand for our customers we only offer online shopping for the time being. Shop Online 24/7 online!
Do you price match?

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log into Your Account.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Contact us within 30 minutes of purchase—if it hasn’t shipped, we’ll help.
Do you offer gift messages or gift wrap?
Yes—add a gift message at checkout. Complimentary gift wrap is available on request.
Will I receive samples?
We include samples when available. Watch for sample bundles during promos.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. & International.
How long does shipping take?
Express Overnight (Upcharge) Overnight, Standard: 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Peak seasons may vary.
Do fragrances have special shipping rules?
Yes. Alcohol-based fragrances may ship ground-only per carrier regulations.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Contact us. We’ll assist with a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund per policy.

What is your return policy?
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with receipt. For hygiene, opened cosmetics and fragrances are not returnable unless defective/damaged on arrival.
How do I start a return?
Visit Returns or contact support with your order number and the reason for return.
My item arrived damaged—what now?
Take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange a shade?
For unopened items, yes within 14 days. For opened items, please book a shade-match consultation to avoid mismatch next time.
